Jina Langu Ni is a small Belgian Shepherd Tervuren kennel at Stellingmolen 3, 4671 HC Dinteloord, the Netherlands. Claudia Hugens-Bloos is responsible for processing your data. This page explains what personal data this website collects, why, and what you can do about it.
What we collect
This website only collects what you type into the contact form yourself:
- Your name — so we know how to address you.
- Your email address — so we can reply.
- Your phone number — optional, only if you would rather be called.
- Subject and message — the content of your question.
There is no other form, no account, no shop and no mailing list. We never ask for information we do not need in order to answer you.
What we use it for
Only to get back to you about your question: interest in a puppy, a place on the waiting list, a question about the breed, rehoming, or anything else you write to us. The legal basis is your own request for contact (Article 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR).
We do not sell your data, do not share it with other breeders or organisations, and do not use it for advertising.
How long we keep it
Messages sent through the contact form arrive as email and are kept for as long as the conversation is running. If it does not lead to a puppy or a place on the waiting list, we delete the correspondence at the latest two years after the last contact. We keep puppy buyers’ details longer, because we stay involved with our dogs and their pedigree records for life.
A technical copy of submitted forms is kept in the website’s mail log so we can check that messages actually arrive. That log is cleared periodically.
Cookies, analytics and third parties
This website uses no analytics, no trackers and no social media pixels, and we set no cookies of our own to follow you around.
The contact page does run Google reCAPTCHA v3. It is there to protect the contact form from automated spam. reCAPTCHA judges whether a visitor is a person, and to do that it sends data to Google: your IP address, information about your browser and device, and how you behave on that page. Google may set cookies in the process. On every other page of this site reCAPTCHA is deliberately not loaded, so Google is only involved on the page where you can actually use the form.
reCAPTCHA is governed by Google’s privacy policy and terms of service. If you would rather not share anything with Google, call or email us directly — the details at the bottom of this page work just as well.
The fonts on this site are served from our own server rather than fetched from Google, so your IP address is not passed to third parties for that.
Hosting and security
The website runs with a hosting provider inside the European Union. All traffic uses a secure HTTPS connection. The web server keeps standard technical logs (IP address, timestamp, requested page) for security and troubleshooting; these are kept briefly and are not used to track visitors.
Your rights
You may always ask us what data we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, or object to its use. Email info@jinalanguni.nl and you will hear back within four weeks. If you are unhappy with how we handle that, you can complain to the Dutch data protection authority, the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.
